RQM Testcase Categories - More than one Subcategory ?

I would like to have more than one subcategory in a test case:
It appears that nesting of categories may be done only 3 ( including the top level ) deep.
I need to represent the category hierarchy shown below - any input would be appreciated :)

RQM supports 50 categories per artifacts. You can create sub-category hierarchy using those 50 categories. 50 is the limit.

I have used nested categories more than 3 levels deep.  I'm sure there is a limit, but its definitely greater than 3.  What you may be running into is that RQM categories can only have one child category.  Unfortunately I can't see a way to model your required hierarchy.  This RFE requests the capability you would need to do this:

I'm not sure this corresponds to your need exactly, but this topic, from the new CLM 4.0.1 infocenter, indicates that you can create an extensive hierarchy with categories, subcategories, values, etc.
