It appears that we can't import an RTC project area template into RTC 4.0 that was created and exported under RTC 3.0.1.2. Is there a way to accomplish the import into RTC 4.0 without having to actually upgrade the 3.0.1.2 repository to 4.0 first?
The only way I can see to create a template that can be imported into 4.0 without upgrading your entire database would be to create a new 3.0.1 database, import the template, upgrade that new database to 4.0 and export from there.
