The beta version of Jazz 4 says that it would need a windows 64 bit platform to work on. Wanted to check if the jazz 4.0 could be installed in a windows machine (32 bit) and work on the same?

CLM4.0 support both 32bit and 64bit platform, you can install 32bit/64bit CLM in 64bit platform, and install 32bit CLM in 32 bit platform. I think you might try to install 64bit CLM4.0 on 32bit platform.That won't work.
