Hover over Description created in RTC

Created a shorten attribute description in editor presentation with an (optional) description with an understanding that when you hover over the shorten description seen in RTC you should be able to view the longer description created in the 'editor presentation' in Eclipse. In Eclipse, when viewing the task, you can hover over the label and see the (optional) description defined in the editor presentation.
Can I see the longer label description in RTC when I hover over the shorten description?
