RTC don't connect to BuildForge

shlomi hazan (61) | asked Oct 20 '10, 10:53 a.m.
I'm trying to connect to BF in order to get projects
but I fail what can be the reasons for that
and how can I check my self
I made sure that when I connect to BF the user is valid one
and there is connection between the RTC machine to the BF machine

I use BF 7.1.1.0.0 and RTC 2.0.0.2
I'm not even sure if they can be connect

It's highly recommended that you upgrade to at least BF 7.1.1.4 for several reasons, however, you can take a look at the following document describing installing the plugins and troubleshooting. You may want to look in the Build Forge (Tomcat logs) and RTC (Tomcat logs and jazz.log) logs for clues.
