Resource Planning Feature

Hi All,
I have a scrum template and have implemented formal planning process into it by following the steps in the below link:

After doing this, i couldnt find the resources tab in my plan. Any other customizations or config settings needed? Any existing plugins can be modified to enable this in ui?
