Team member viewlet and social network links

I configured my profile to login to a Lotus Connections server and the "Social Network" viewlet works fine.  But when I hover over a user in the "Team Member" viewlet and click on any of the links (i.e. Profile, Communities, Blogs, etc) it opens a new tab with this URL:

Our server is 4.0.1 and I use FireFox (17.0.3) and Internet Explorer 8 - fails in both with "Error 404 Not Found".

Any help appreciated

I would recommend opening up a PMR for this issue

Likely due to w3-connections being at 4.x while RTC (up to 4.0.3) only supports Connections 3.0 and 3.0.1. is the RFE to support the more recent releases of Connections.
