I am unable to download Jazz-RepositoryTools-0.6M1U2.zip for the migration from beta to beta 2. I am trying to migrate from Jazz beta 1 to 2 then up to GA.

Here's the download page from Beta2a. I got to this by going to the
Downloads page, clicking "All downloads", and then selecting "Betas":
