DOORS - RTC Ingetration : Empty Default RCR List - DOORS

Hi.

There are some problem occured when I integrated DOORS with RTC.

Please let me know how I cam solve this problem.

I already installed DOORS Client(v9.5.2.1),DOORS DB Server(v9.5.2.1),DWA(v9.5.2.1) and RTC/CCM(v6.0.2).

I can use [requirement change request - submit] and [new Collaborative link] .

Also, I can write and select ccm's task in DOORS Module.

But, I can't see anything in DOORS Module's Default RCR List.

These are Procedure that I try.

1. In CCM,  set up RTC TO allow the connection from DOORS using Consumer(Inbound) 

2.  add DOORS to RTC as a friend using Friends(Outbound).

3. Associate DOORS with the project in RTC.

4. set up DOORS to allow the connection from RTC using DOORS's Remote service.

5. Define a configuration template in DOORS

6. Set up the module configuration in DOORS
