"Asset and artifact scanner" Policy not working

"Asset and artifact scanner" Policy not working in CDT test server. Are there any problem in it? or there are missing configuration from my side?

Hi,

What does not working mean?

Are there no policy results for them (so they are not running)?
Are you sure it is configured to run?
Are there policy results but there are errors shown?
Are there policy results showing no errors but there should be errors?

Hi,

It gives this:
Result: PENDING
Message: ScanArtifactPolicy is waiting for the search index to build.

Acctually I don't know if there are any configuration missing. Please tell me
what need to be configured to let it work.

Hi,

You are on the internal CDT machine. Is that correct? If so that machine is having problems indexing at this time. We are trying to diagnose it now. With the indexer not working the policy, as noted in the message that is returned, is not passing.

I will test on the DST server but the last time I tested the scanner it did not work.

I have run a scan test on the DST server with the same results, "ScanArtifactPolicy is waiting for the search index to build." The file is 3.2K.

Hi,

I don't know anything about DST. I was working with iRAM on CDT and we found the asset indexer is not working. Maybe DST has the same problem. The iRAM support would need to determine that.
