Error in predefined reports on dashboards

we recieve these error for pre-defined report templates on RTC dashboards (like Release Burndown,Team Velocity etc) in RTC 3.0.1.1 web. Report loading failed: DERBY SQL error: SQLCODE: -1, SQLSTATE: XJ040, SQLERRMC: Failed to start database '/opt/RTC3x/JTS3/server/conf/jts/derby/warehouseDB' with class loader org.eclipse.osgi.internal.baseadaptor.DefaultClassLoader@67e067e, see the next exception for details.::SQLSTATE: XSDB6Another instance of Derby may have already booted the database /opt/RTC3x/JTS3/server/conf/jts/derby/warehouseDB .

Any idea on this and how could it be resolved ?

Hi Kaushambi,
We are facing the same issue in RTC 3.0.1 recently on all reports (predefined/custom) though we haven't performed any changes to server. Could you let us know how you have resolved it?? Thanks in advance
