We are using Rational Quality Manager, ReqPro, and ClearQuest. We can integrate RQM and ReqPro in the way that we can see ReqPro in RQM but can not see RQM in ReqPro. Is this capability available for ReqPro to have visibility into RQM?

Unfortunately, round-trip traceability is not supported. Only links from RQM to ReqPro are supported. For more information, see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/c_reqpro_integrate.html.

Thanks for the response. Our requirement team needs to generate Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), will create traceability between requirements and test cases and hopefully maintain the traceability data in ReqPro. Any suggestions as how to achieve this? Can we synchronize the back-end tables from RQM to ReqPro?

Unfortunately, you cannot accomplish this traceability using RQM/ReqPro. However, this bidirectional traceability is available using RQM/RRC.
