Linking test artifacts with Engineering Workflow Management files : No link to file is shown in test case

I am are trying to link a file with test artifacts --> A document file is linked to test cases.
Below steps are followed to link the test cases:

But in the "Related files" of the test case , no link to the document is shown.
Any steps are missed while linking ?  Give some hints to see the link in Test case

what is your EWM version? did the conditions met in your use case:

--
  • Configuration management must be enabled.
  • Install EWM client.
  • Global configuration must exist that contains configurations of source ETM and target EWM artifacts.

6.0.6.1 version.
Yes CM is enabled & also GC exist. 
I can see linking in EWM client for the test cases. But not in "Related files" of ETM
