Upgrade problems with 4.0RC2

Hi. After upgrading to 4.0RC2 using the scripts, I am unable to log into RQM. The message indicates a possible problem with a legacy license.

The upgrade instructions mention removing RRC legacy licenses but not RQM ones.

When I try to remove the RQM 3.0.1 license after the upgrade I get an error message

"migration in progress, unable to make changes".

There's also no RQM 4.0 Analyst evaluation license to add.

I'll try the upgrade again, removing the RQM 3.0.1 license beforehand. However, the instructions may need to be updated.

Part 2 of the first upgrade script, dealing with the data warehouse also failed after successfully connecting to the database.

Yes thanks. I needed to delete the 3.0.1 RQM license before doing the upgrade.

David,

there is work being done to improve documentation. It is called Beta for a reason. There seems to be an issue with the licenses that came up with RC2 during upgrade, especially RRC, maybe others too. Have you been able to perform the upgrade?
