Custom Attribute

Bharat Patel (81123943) | asked Apr 26 '12, 11:08 a.m.
Hi,

In RQM we can define custom attributes using project properties. I have defined attribute (Say Asset ID) which is type of integer.

For each test cases we are defninig this attribute i.e. Asset ID. For First Test case i am giving this Asset ID as 1001. When i define next test case, i want value of this attribute i.e. Asset ID as 1002 (1000 +1). Can you please let me know that can we do such automation in RQM to increment his attribute value for test case (or Test Artifacts)?

Thanks
Bharat

Hi @bharat, I'm afraid we don't support this scenario
Custom attribute values are free-form and not restricted to a predefined set, allowing any data to be entered and used when working with test artifacts.
