[closed] Not receiving email notifications from a jazz.net Work Item

I created a Work Item in the Rational Team Concert jazz.net project and am subscribed to the Work Item. I am not receiving notifications when there are changes to the Work Item even when the developers working on the project have tagged me in comments they have made. The Work Item was dropped in severity initially after I didn't respond to the comments since I didn't know it had gotten any attention.

I have double checked my profile to ensure that my email address is correct, and I am receiving notifications when Forum topics I am following are updated, but not when this Work Item is changed. Is there something I need to do to enable email notifications for Work Items?

Email notifications have been working consistently for some time now. If this problem is still occurring for you, please let us know.

How long has this been fixed for? I have been subscribed to the following work item, and have never received notifications (the last update by someone other than me was May 8, 2012): https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=207032
