Report issues with accessing project area in sandbox ?

Hi,
Where do I report issues with accessing project area in the jazz.net sandbox ? When I click on the project area displayed from me, I get a message as 'does not exist or cannot login with current credentials'.

I did email to am email address link on the page related to sandbox. I got an out of office message.

I so need this sand box to test out a few ideas .... :(
