Increase # of artifacts per page in reviews

Is there any way to increase the number of artifacts per page in a review?
I am currently using RRC 3.0.1 and will consistently have reviews containing hundreds of artifacts...you see my concern...

No, unfortunately there is not. Feel free to open an enhancement request. The paging was actually added in to alleviate performance problems with large numbers of artifacts in a review, but hopefully we can come up with a better solution in the future.
