Can you please clarify your question? Are you asking how to add an Attribute to an Artifact Type through the Web UI (like your image shows)? Or are you asking how to create an attribute through some means outside of the RRC Web UI (which is how I interpret your question)? Also, can you please clarify which release you are using?

I Have the same question. I want to create attribute outside web ui programmatically since i want to set the value to auto-increment
