Rich text formatting problems
Hi. We're using RRC 3.0.1.2. All our rich text documents have developed a problem in that we can't change the format of paragraphs - Normal to Heading 1 for example.
The only way we've been able to get around the problem is to copy and paste Heading 1 text from somewhere else.
We've tried restarting tomcat and it's not an individual browser problem because we've tried both IE and Firefox on multiple machines.

I would suggest opening a defect.
