Process advisors in RQM 4.0
Accepted answer
What are process advisors in RQM4.0? How to configure them?
Essentially process advisor allows users to define preconditions and follow up actions for individual quality management operations.
There is further data on jazz.net at https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_define_preconditions.html&re=1&scope=null.
Please note that this is NOT the final version of the documentation so as CLM 4.0 rolls out there may be changes to the organization or content.

Currently - and in the 4.0 time frame - this functionality if only available through the thick client.
