Essentially process advisor allows users to define preconditions and follow up actions for individual quality management operations.

There is further data on jazz.net at https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc%2Ftopics%2Fc_define_preconditions.html&re=1&scope=null.

Please note that this is NOT the final version of the documentation so as CLM 4.0 rolls out there may be changes to the organization or content.
