How to create defect for test execution result?

 Hi,

I am trying to create defect for test case execution result using REST API's. i am unable to get api's to create the defect for a test case execution result(qm).even getting problem with xml format data to create defect.
I searched in service.xml file for cm to create defect ,but in vain.

When you say "bug", what exactly the artifact type are you trying to create?

Thanks. By 'bug' i mean creation of defect for testcase execution result.

Hi Mohd,

Please use the RQM OSLC QM API to add CLM links to test artifacts.  Note, the RQM Reportable REST API only supports reading CLM links in test artifacts (see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#ResourcesFootnote1).

 Hi Paul,

Thanks for you response. It is help full. I am also getting problem with deriving of xml representation of data to create defect in ccm. I got api to create defect ,at https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/WorkItemAPIsForOSLCCM20#Access_Control_Point, Post operation.
