Report Members <-> Project/Team Area allocations

Hello,

we are searching for a report for Access Control Coverage that is handling a 2 direction view between Members in the Project Area and the Team Areas.

It should look like:

Member 1 - Team Area 1
Member 1 - Team Area 2
Member 2 -
Member 3 - Team Area 3
....

And the other way round:
Team Area 1 - Member 1
Team Area 1 - Member 2
Team Area 2 - Member 1
Team Area 3 -
Team Area 4 - Member 2
.....

This would help to ensure that the right Members are in the right Team Area and if one leaves the team the report can help to remove all access give to the member.

Where can we find such a report ?
