Upgrading from 3.011 to 4.0 RC1

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my JTS 3.011 installation to version 4.0 RC1.
I followed the installation instructions but when I run the upgrade command:
upgrade\jts\jts_upgrade.bat -oldJTSHome "D:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\JazzTeamServer3011\server\conf"

it starts to run and after a while it is stuck on message:
Checking the old JTS version...

Any idea?

this has been fixed in a later milestone. Are you running on Windows xP?
Try switching to a supported operating system: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CLMWorkbenchSystemRequirements
