Reloading the Projects doesn't solve the Problems because files are in the stream but i am unable to download / Load and View (Means like corrupt Files) Neither from IDE Nor From Web. ?

I have tried to commit files again in same location but i am unable to load and it ends with file already exist there so i can't commit.
