How to add your comment to a jazz.net work item

I got email asking me how to post a comment to a work item ... I thought I'd post the answer in case others are wondering.

Note that anyone can register on jazz.net, and comment on the work items.

For example, to comment on the RTC work item 40464, use the URL: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=40464

To find that URL yourself by browsing:
Go to https://jazz.net/
Click on "project -> Rational Team Concert", which brings you to: http://jazz.net/projects/rational-team-concert/
On the right side, you'll see "See the project dashboard", which takes you to: https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.dashboard.viewDashboard&team=RTC%20Development
In the upper right corner, there's a "search work item" box ... type the number 40464, and you get the URL above. If you save that URL, just replace the 40464 with another number to jump directly to that work item.
