RTC + CA Service Desk Integration

I am looking for some kind of bridge which integrates Rational Team Concert with CA Service Desk. In my organization, CA Service Desk is being used at a mass scale. I want a particular type of CA Service Desk (Can be based on any field in CA Service Desk) tickets to flow into Rational Team Concert and then bi directional sync between the two tools. Any help will be highly appreciated.
