Hi Shmuel,
The browser add-on is actually stored on the server as part of the installation. Then when you first attempt to edit a graphical artifact, it will request to be downloaded from your own server. It will not go out on the internet to retrieve it.
Hope that helps.
Hi all,
I've been using the Sandbox for a group of students in a spanish university, most of them have problems installing the browser add-on, is there a way to manually download and install the add-on?
Thank you

Hello Matye,
Your issue may already have been resolved but what I found helpful was to download the add-on on one machine that does accept it and to transfer the folder over to another. Firstly I would close all browsers, especially if you are using Chrome. Then install the add-on on IE, restart the browser and hope that it works.
Repeat the above for FF. Make sure you do them one at a time for the best chance at success.
Then, copy over the RRCAddon folder to the other machines (including sub-folders).
The location of this folder will vary based on the operating system,
For Windows XP, you should find it under C:\Documents and settings\<username>\IBM\.
For Windows 7, look under C:\Users\<username>\IBM\
Paste the folder in the appropriate location based on the operating system of the target machine.
I hope this helps resolve your issue.
Good luck!
