create work items from Email
Hi,
I have RTC installed for our internal development team usage. I also have lots of users that are at customer site. They do not have access to RTC, and they need to report (create) new work items. I would like to find a way to create work items in RTC from an Email. Something similar to "Email Reader" in ClearQuest. Yaron |
