Hi All,


We have installed the RRDI in our POC environement and running out problems while connecting the CLM datawarehouse database from RRDI. As per the installation giuide, created the signon, configured the RRPTUSER and updated the Oracle SQL*Net connection string, but it fails to establish the connection.

When I try to manually conenct to the CLM datawarehouse database with the same user credentails, it worked.

UDA-SQL-0432 Unable to locate the gateway "libcogudaor"
BME-EX-0144 Trace back:

I have checked we have oralce client 32 bit and no idea about this eeror.

Have you got any hin to this issue?
