Problems connecting Framework mgr to Insight

I have installed a new instance of Insight 1.1 on RH I am trying to connect Framework manager in my development environment to the insight server. I have modified Cognos Configuration to point to my insight server and verified that it is the correct URL. When I create a new project or open an existing project framework manager just hangs on the Loading project *.cpf screen.


I have not see any errors can you help me figure out this problem and let me know where the framework manager log files live
