Report Studio showing "RQM TestCase Related Categories&

I'm using the RQM data package (live data) and trying to list all of the "Test Case Related Categories" terms/values for each test case. I want to list this as "distinct" so all values are are displayed as one record. Filtering doesn't seem to help me. I can get this:

Test Case Name........Category Name....Category Value
Test1........................Name 1................Value 1
Test1........................Name 2................Value 2
Test1........................Name 3................Value 3

I want:

Test Case Name......Category 1............Category 2......Category 3
Test1......................Value 1.................Value 2...........Value 3

You can see this level of detail in RQM looking at the Construction-> View Test Cases. I can't seem to do this in Insight...it's bugging the heck out of me!
