Changing my single-select attributes to a mulit-select...

Hi there,

We've upgraded from RRC 3.0 GA to 3.0.1.2. I've got an attribute (Application Name) which I'd like to change from single-select to multi-select. Unfortunately, the system will not allow me to change it.

Can someone tell me if this is a defect, or is it a known limitation of 3.0 converted attributes?

Thanks in advance,

Carole

I too noticed this.....but was going the other way....trying to change a Multi-Select attribute to a single Select attribute.....the UI would not allow me to change this. I suspect its by design...but lets see what the Development people say. :)

As I recall both scenarios were specified and implemented in 3.0.1.2 or earlier. I suggest you open a support ticket so the support team can help you troubleshoot.

Forgot to say, Done! WI #57149 and will probably have to be a PMR if we decide to upgrade our reqPro folks prior to 4.0 (or if the issue persists for us into 4.0)
