How should I get metrics report using RRC?

It sounds like you'll want to install Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence (RRDI) to take advantage of some of the reporting capabilities offered with the CLM solution.
If you haven't already, you will need to create the Data Warehouse database and run the ETL data collection tasks to populate the warehouse with your RRC data. You can then use RRDI to execute the various out of the box reports (see table 2) and can also create custom reports using the data warehouse reporting data model.
