Error 404: ProxyServlet: /ccm

Hello,

I am facing a problem with the CCM & QM applications deployment which I do not have a clue about. As the topic title says, it is a 404 error which does not show any error in any of the application server and application logs.

The deployment is performed on WAS v7.0 with service pack 21 and DB2 v9.7. RTC and RQM version is 3.0.1.2.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Problem solved. It was a stupid configuration parameters format error.

Which is the config parameter that was causing the problem? I have the same issue.

Hi!

We had the same issue. We solved it by making sure that the JAZZ_HOME & startup_log4j.configuration properties were set in the JVM custom properties of the WAS server.
