The Status is shown as '-' after workitems export from CLM 4.0.2 to 5.0.2

I'm facing a strange issue... I have exported my defects from CLM version 4.0.2 to new CLM 5.0.2.

All seems well except the defect state... for Done state, CLM 5.0.2 is showing a '-' and when I open that defect, Defect state is listed as Done and I cant re open that defect.

Due to above, all resolved defects arent searchable.

Please suggest.

Javaria,
do you have the same workflow in 5.0.2 as you have in 4.0.2?
How have you mapped the states in the mapping file used for the import?

Hi Elisabeth,

Yes, I'm using same work flow for defects on both servers.

Also, when I create a new defect on new server, I can reach Done state and from there I can re open that defect too... but the same is not true for imported defects.

I havent mapped any states on mapping file... I just exported the defects (as a CSV) and imported them via eclipse IDE.

In the project configuration ( Eclipse client ) for the expected workflow, click the "check work flow usage" link to make sure all items are in fact bound to the expected work flow.
