Where to customize the welcome email?

Hi All,
In my company, we use RTC for manage of projects and now we are trying of integrate Jira with RTC.
In our sandbox, We configurated RTC for it can 'see' JIRA (using adapter OSLC).
Then, we created a new defect and linked it with a bug in JIRA but when it close the window of bug selection of JIRA, in RTC (tab LINKS) the application doesn't show the bug selected.

What could be the reason for this problem?

Note - Our Configuration is:
RTC: 3.0
JIRA: IV.IV
Firefox: 10 or 3.6

There is an extension point (com.ibm.team.process.service.teamInvitationGenerator) you might be interested in. Using this extension point, you can contribute new team invitation generator. But this team invitation generator will take effect only when you are using web client.
