Our test teams Quality Centre 10 in a couple of locations to manage their test scenarios & runs, it would be ideal if we could link QC defects to RTC Work Items, or indeed synchronise the 2. In the early days of RTC we had a 10 day install with IBM using some bridge between RTC and QC that was ultimately unsuccessful. I seem to remember that maintaining this bridge was a potential headache.

does anyone have any pointers for such an installation, and any tips for implementation?
