Accessing locally installed RTC (RQM) on client test env

Tanuja M (111) | asked Feb 02 '12, 6:39 a.m.
Hi
Our local server has RTC/RQM and other automation test tool deployed, we need to use these tools on SIT test environment provided by the client.

The CITRIX and yellow port has been enabled for accessing the remote client SIT test environment.

Request for setup details to enable the RTC/RQM access on client environment via CITRIX/Yellow network.

I believe RTC/RQM do not officially support Citrix.

This is true, but note that it is extremely likely that the RTC/RQM
clients work just fine with Citrix, and a set of us are working to make
that official. Also, I would encourage anyone who discovers any issues
with the use of RTC/RQM with Citrix to report the issue via a jazz.net
work item, so that the dev team is made aware of the issue.

Cheers,
Geoff

I’ve read that some of the Rational tools will need a citrix client on the desktop. Do you know which tools need to be installed to the laptop and which need Citrix?
