How can we change a lab resource attribute name after it's saved?

After saving a new lab resource attribute I couldn't find a way to edit the display name provided.

where and how did you add a new lab resource? is it from Manage project properties > Lab resources and channel properties or you added a new machine in Lab Management menu? What is your RQM version?

It's RQM 5.0.1 on the sandbox.

And I've added through properties (I didn't even realize one could modify attributes from adding a new machine).

I am not sure on the jazz.net sandbox and will leave it for developers to comment further. normally I can edit the name in the properties menu directly:

Navigating from Paul's link I went to https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=68337.

This indicates that there's no intention of allowing the display name to be changed because of how it'd affect internals of RQM and the risk of this change x benefit from it.

I'm perplexed, then what happens if you make a mistake, there is no way to delete nor to rename, that sounds strange.
