HTML tags in a descrition displayed in a query result
Hi
When I using Web Client, HTML tags, <br> is displayed in a query result.
1. log into RTC
2. Select query whch displays description field including line break. and execute that query.
3. Its result was displayed normally. "<br>" is not displayed.
4. Select one workitem including line break in its result. See detail.
5. Execute the query again.
6. "<br>" is displayed in a query result.
7. Logged out and logg in RTC again
8. Execute same query again
9. It was displayed normally. <br> is not displayed
I want to know whether it depends on client environment and how to resolve this.
It happens when I'm using RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix6 & 3.0.1.1.
