Fail to install RTC plugin via RSA V8
I have just installed RSA V8.0.1 with WAS 6.1 and try to install RTC plugin via Installation Manager (IM). I select "Add Repository..." button and specify: "https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/2.0.0.2/iFix6/install-repository/parts/client.ext/repository.config" as the Repository and press OK.
The connection to the Repository fails with the following message:
Failed to connect repository 'https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/2.0.0.2/iFix6/install-repository/parts/client.ext/repository.config' either because the repository does not exist, the repository is closed or the repository server can not be reached.
Add this repository to the list anyway?

Note: I have a jazz id/password and am able to connect to "jazz.net". I was also able to connect to the repository url "https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/2.0.0.2/iFix6/install-repository/parts/client.ext/repository.config" via a browser after providing my credential. Installation of RTC client plugin from RSA 8 does not prompt me for any credential at all.
Appreciate any help or suggestion to the problem !

It is possible that your corporate firewall is stopping access to jazz.net from Installation Manager. Try downloading the repository using your browser, then point Installation Manager to the local repository file. I recommend you use some kind of download manager to make sure the download completes properly.

I received the following post and was able to resolve the connection issue :
I have received some new information relating to this issue. I'm told we have an update site to support the scenario you are trying to implement. We have had intermittent issues with connecting to jazz.net so we created an update site with the same content as the jazz.net site. If you point IM to the link below instead of the jazz.net site, it should work better for you.
