So, there are some posts surrounding this topic that seem to suggest if you have a CSV file containing some work items and you want to do a one time prepopulation into RTC you have two options:

1. Write your own custom converter, which seems overkill for a one time only deal

2. Convert CSV to bugzilla xml format and then use bugzilla importer, admittedly I don't know how involved this is, but for a large file, this may be tedious?

Are there any best practices surrounding this or any updates from the tooling? I think this will be a common question for people adopting RTC.
