Hi,

the library https://jazz.net/library/ are a lot of articles, faq's and hints about upgrading to 3.x. Type 'upgrade' in the search field. You should definitely read these documents and the help before getting started. The upgrade has some complexities, especially if you do it the first time and if more than one tool is included. You should run a test on an isolated test system before doing a production upgrade.
