Missing data after Data Collection Jobs have run

We have an issue where it appears that data is not being loaded into the data warehouse fully/correctly.

We added a number of requirements to a collection and associated that collection to a test plan.

This was done all on the same day about a month ago.

When running the Requirements Covered/Not Covered reports, some of those requirements are not appearing on either report.

I checked the data collections jobs which were all marked as successful.

I checked through the -etl logs on the server and could find nothing obvious although there's a lot there and I'm not very familiar with them so it's possible I've missed something.

I tried re-running all of the incremental jobs with no effect.

Only when I ran all of the jobs as FULL loads did the requirements show up.

This is not the first time this has happened and, at the moment, it's not a major problem as the full load jobs do not take long to perform but I can envisage that in time when the jobs take a lot longer to run, this will be a real pain.

Can anyone advise how we can start to debug this? as a workaround, is it possible to run a full load of the data warehouse over each weekend?
