Stuck after starting the Liberty Server and Trying to run the setup wizard, any ideas?

I just started my Liberty server and the next set says
  1. "Point your web browser to the following address: https://hostname.example.com:9443/jts/setup."

When I try going to that webpage the webpage does not load.


I am following these directions: https://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_6.0.1/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/roadmap_form.html

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you ARE pointing to YOUR ip address, right?  not the exact string as shown https://your_server_address:9443/jts/setup

Wow, I was pointing to my IP Address but after re-looking at it I saw had a typo. It has been a long day. Thank you Sam!
