Where could I find OpenSocial gadgets or iWidgets which are compatible with Rational Team Concert v3.0.1.1? Or is there some template/source widgets that I could use to create my own widgets and use them in RTC?

Hi

OpenSocial widgets are based on the opensocial spec - so a good place to start is http://docs.opensocial.org/display/OS/Home.

iWidgets are IBM spec - more info here:

A search on both terms will guide you to tutorials, etc
