The client licenses don't seem right. I have installed both the contributor client license and the developer client license. I don't see any errors, they seem to apply ok, but I only have these licenses:

Contributor:
Limit: 250, Included: 0, Purchased: 0, Total: 0

Developer:
Limit: 250, Included: 3, Purchased: 0, Total: 3

Meanwhile, I have 250 ClearCase Connector licenses! I believe I used to have 250 licenses for both contributor and developer, but when I installed the .jar files they were brought down to 0 and 3.

Where can I get licenses for 250 contributors and 250 developers?

When you purchase and install the client access license keys, the web UI
is unlocked so that you can enter in the number of CALs that you
purchased. If you just installed the key then the number purchased
would be 0 until you update it.

Ahh that's it! Duh, seems obvious now, since that is a text entry box. Thanks!
