File upload file (RTC WEB UI)

Johanna García (61) | asked Jan 22 '10, 3:41 p.m.
Hi! :)

I have Jazz 1.0 and RTC 2.0

I tried to attach a file to a Work Item (defect/task) at Link Section (RTC Web UI) and it doesn't work... Below Error message was shown:

"File upload failed:
The server or file upload service is not responding, and invalid fully qualified file name was provided, the session timed out, or another error occurred."

And I don't know why this hapen.. Is it a known issue? How can I fix it?

Thanks for your help :)

I would recommend to create a defect for this. Please also check your
server error log and attach the exception entries that look related to
the problem, e.g. mention AttachmentRestService.
